The certification process for a Open Water Diver is as follows:


  • Purchase your Open Water Certification course, here from our online store
  • Create student account on the SDI TDI Website - coursework will be completed online. 
    • See How to Enroll for instruction on enrolling as a R&R Marine student
  • In pool training in West Roxbury, MA - scheduling is done via email
    • ​Bring completed medical and liability waivers
  • Two days of certification dives in open water with a total of 4 dives, typically these are done on Cape Cod
  • Certification cards are printed at the shop upon successful completion of all course requirements
